At DJ Enterprises Property Management, we’re more than just a property management company – we’re your trusted partner in finding the perfect rental home. Since 2002, we’ve been committed to offering quality, affordable rental properties, with a focus on well-maintained single-family homes ranging from cozy 1-bedroom spaces to spacious 4-bedroom houses, as well as a few apartment options.

RENTAL GUIDELINES
Prospective tenants are required to submit the following documents:

Application – No application fee is required. Please complete both sides of the printed form.

Co-Application – Optional, only if applicable.

Recent Credit Report – Must be from the past 90 days. Submit via email. We recommend using CreditKarma.com as it offers free reports.

Background Check – Obtain a hard copy from your local Sheriff's Office and email it to us. For updated details and instructions due to COVID-19, call (229) 430-6516. A $20 fee applies.

Verification Consent Form
Please Note – All leases are for a minimum of one (1) year. We are happy to explore the rent-to-own option if you qualify as a preferred tenant after one year and are interested in doing so.
